Comprehensive Health Program — $1,497

- Comprehensive health history review
- 3-day diet review
- Review of current laboratory and diagnostic testing you provide
- Follow-up consultation to review initial findings and determine whether additional testing may be appropriate
- Review of recommended test results
- Personalized recommendations based on your health history, symptoms, and test results
- Personalized dietary and supplement recommendations
- Guidance on hydration, sleep, stress management, exercise, and reducing toxic exposures
- Follow-up support during the program to review progress, address challenges, and refine recommendations as appropriate
Designed for those who want a deeper evaluation of their health patterns and a personalized plan based on their history, symptoms, and appropriate testing.
Program timeframe: Up to 12 weeks from the date of enrollment
Ongoing Wellness Program — $1,997

- Comprehensive health history review

- Review of current laboratory and diagnostic testing you provide
- Additional functional and/or traditional testing recommendations when appropriate as your health needs evolve
- Review and interpretation of recommended test results
- Personalized nutrition, supplement, and lifestyle recommendations
- Guidance on hydration, sleep, stress management, exercise, and reducing toxic exposures
- Ongoing follow-up support to address challenges, refine strategies, and adjust the personalized plan as appropriate
Designed for those who need more time and ongoing support to implement, evaluate, and refine their personalized health plan.
Program timeframe: Up to 6 months from the date of enrollment
Laboratory & Functional Testing
Laboratory and functional testing fees are not included in the program fees. When testing is recommended, clients are responsible for payment directly to the laboratory or testing company.
When applicable, you may submit a paid receipt from the laboratory to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Insurance coverage and reimbursement vary by plan, and reimbursement is not guaranteed.
Please note: The decision to recommend laboratory or functional testing is based on your individual health history, symptoms, goals, and clinical needs. Testing is not automatically required as part of every program.
Program Upgrades
If, after your consultation, you decide that a more comprehensive level of support is right for you, your $597 consultation fee will be applied toward the Comprehensive Health Program or Ongoing Wellness Program when you upgrade within 7 days of your consultation.
Financial Policy & Agreement
Program fees are due at the time of enrollment. Fees cover the professional services described for the selected program and are separate from laboratory and functional testing, supplements, and other third-party expenses.
Please review the Financial Policy & Agreement before enrolling. The agreement provides additional information regarding payment, cancellations, refunds, program timeframes, and other financial policies.
